What do I do if I have problems using Scottie and Russell's Website?

If you have problems using our webpage then please email us or give us a ring and we will try and get the problem fixed as soon as we can. If the problem is taking a while to solve we will send product images, descriptions and prices to you vie email and we can process an order over the phone.

What do I do if my items doesn't arrive?

Please email us and we will sort this problem, all deliveries are tracked and you can request your tracking number if you wish to keep an eye on your purchase.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?

All our products are checked and wrapped before departure but in the unfortunate case that your item has been damaged in transit Scottie and Russell can not be held responsible.

What do I do if I have seen an item on the website but it is no longer on the page?

In this case please email us with the product name and description and we will try and order the item for you.

Can I cancel or make amendments to my order?

If you wish to amend an order please contact us and we will try our best to meet your new requirement, unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot amend or cancel your order.

If I am not happy with my order can I return it?

Most purchases can be returned to Scottie & Russell depending on health & safety. If you would like to return an item to us please contact us within 14 days. Scottie & Russell do not offer free returns & will not except any returns that have been opened or used. If you are unsure if you are eligible for a return please do not hesitate in contacting us.

What do I do if I would like to return something I bought in the S&R store in Windermere?

Items bought in our Windermere store must be returned in store only. We cannot accept returns bought in store through the post. We have a 14 day returns policy and are happy to return items as long as you have your valid receipt and the item is in its original condition.

How long do I have to make you aware of any damages?

Any damages or faults to products must be reported to us via email within 14 days of receiving the order. We cannot accept any returns after this allotted time.
